Emily Cranford is a worship leader, studio singer, and professional musician based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Since graduating from the prestigious jazz studies program at the University of North Texas, she has worked in a variety of venues, events and music-related jobs.
Emily grew up singing in church, and as she got older, felt a call to lead worship not just within the walls of the local church, but as a way to serve The Church as a whole. She spent a year as the worship intern at The Village Church Denton in 2015-2016 and established a clear vision for worship leadership through training and experience. Over the years, Emily has had the privilege to lead worship both domestically and internationally. A short, but non-exhaustive list of ministries and conferences she's led at includes Sparrow Conference, Super Summer TX, The Navigators, Initiative: Dallas, If Gathering: Flower Mound, Intervarsity and Mission Discovery.
As a professionally trained singer and overall lover of the studio, Emily is employed as a session singer in the Dallas area. At a relatively young age, she was able to break into the DFW studio business and is beginning to stand out as a reliable and versatile studio singer due to her range and ability to sing a variety of styles both in solo and group settings. Emily enjoys the high-paced, sight-reading heavy aspect of the studio, and has a great reputation with other session singers who have been in the business for many years.
Emily lives in Denton, Texas with her husband Keith and their daughter Faye. She would love the opportunity to work with your church, ministry, business or studio. Please see the contact page for more information on how to book her.
